Domestic Non-IT Recruiter / HR Recruiter

## Job Description

We are looking for an energetic **Non-IT Recruiter** to join our recruitment team in Noida. The role involves **bulk hiring** for multiple non-IT positions across sales, accounts, customer service, operations, and other business functions.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume/non-IT positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other channels.

* Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

* Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

* Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure timely closures.

## Requirements

* Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant experience can also apply.

* 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable with bulk hiring and recruitment targets.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing is an advantage.
